Amazon Associates - Make new account after Ban?

Hi guys. Back in 2017 I had an account banned from Amazon associates, and yes I committed some mistakes. This year is started a new business, completely new domain, email, but i signed up with my name again, with my two last name combined. It was running fine for a few weeks till yesterday got an email saying my account was banned, reason being that they found out that I already had a banned account in the past, they probably looked up my name. I’m thinking now in signing up with my dads name and add the tax info to my company EIN, same for bank account. Do you guys think it will be fine or have anyone ever tried this? Don’t want to end up getting suspended again. I believe they matched my account to my name. Any data point would be appreciated.

Weird, I got banned and made new account with same name and card and I didn't get banned
 
You register with the same computer. The same emai. and the same ip. You will be automatically banned ....

Not really, that’s not a thing for amazon. Seems like they looked up my name, that what it was. During a manual review seems like they check the name for past accounts. And no, you can’t even sign up with the banned email, and I don’t think I have the same ip as 3 years ago, nor the same pc

What did you do to get banned anyways?
 
In the past I had 50 fiverr accounts and therefore emai and ip are the same. All my accounts are blocked. All of them are top sellers.

Now I only have 1 account
 
Get a good VPS and buy a good standing amazon account.

It's not an IP issue. I already logged in other account with the same IP. and been fine.
 
Actually it depends on the type of offense you use.

I used to make business models. And it is like that
 
I think your strategy of using your Dad's name may work, but make sure that you set up a new company and a new bank account.

Please understand that Amazon takes its user bans seriously. You don't want to put yourself in a situation where you build a successful Amazon affiliate website only to have your account banned.

You might as well start with a new foundation.

Also, it's a good idea to zero in on why you got banned in the first place. Make sure you don't do the same things with your new account and associated website.

Setting up a company is fairly straightforward if you live in the United States. There are lots of LLC and incorporation services available online.

As for your bank account, that's probably going to take a little bit more work, but it's definitely doable.

I would suggest starting with a completely clean slate.
