Yes I even hate it, but if Amazon find your site without disclosure may ban you.That link level disclosure will harm your conversions and Amazon will get free traffic by customers skipping your site by going straight to amazon.I hate it when the government tries to dictate business.
Nope. It's FTC guidelines if you don't make it comply amazon may ban you.lol. Amazon doesn't care about violating FTC guidelines. The whole site is filled with counterfeit goods and they don't give a shit. The whole reason for this crackdown is to chase away affiliate payouts.

Yes that true. I just put YouTube.com in the website list.You have to mention youtube account in affiliate account.
