Amazon Associates Billing Verification Required

I have the same issue while I don't have this credit card and I didn't place any orders.
Since I couldn't login to my account so I don't have access to the chat option.
I tried to call them but told me they will auscultate the issue to the team and they will fix it and send me an email within one or two days but no updates.
I called them back again today but I heard the same details.
So, I have to wait again.
Anyone can help would be appreciated.

I figured out that, they ask about my Payoneer bank account which I have added before in my associates account as payment method to withdraw my commissions.
They mentioned the last 4 digits of this account in their second email regarding this issue.
Check your Payoneer us bank account number if it ends with these numbers, generate bank statement of any month that includes Amazon affiliate payment which has the last 4 digits of your bank account. Or there is an option that Payoneer generate something like statement including your name, address and account number.
