I am non US resident, I had filled the W-8BEN form a while back, but I am still paying 30% tax on all my earnings.
Can a kind Amazon Associate please fill me on his/her withhodling rate? It can be found through "payment history" tab. It should say somewhere near the bottom about your rate.
If its 0%, can you please tell me how you filled the form. Maybe I have missed something.
Would really appreciate it.
