Do you have to sign up to each country and fill out the forms for that amazon in order to get the tracking?

Seems like a shit load of info to give out

Yes For example, to earn referral fees from an Amazon.co.uk , you must be a member of the UK Associates program
and to to earn referral fees from an Amazon.com , you must be a member of the US Associates program
