Amazon Associate and Google Adwords?

Hi guys, I have recently made a site that promotes reviews of products on amazon, over 500 products slapped with my affiliate link and all that jazz. My only problem is traffic, does anybody know how Adwords traffic converts? I know that it is based on keywords,but the thing is the cookie only lasts for 24 hours. Seo is out of the question because the content is copied and pasted from another site. Can you SEO a site like that? Thanks!
