Amazon assoc. + amazon smile?

Anyone know if you can stack these benefits? Meaning can I have an amazon smile account (which amazon uses for the benefit of non-profits - I have a nonprofit in mind) and link it to an amazon assoc. acocunt thereby doubling my money?
