Amazon ask for call instead of SMS

I was using sms service to get sms from amazon but now they don't let me ask for sms and they only support call for that
is there any solution for this?
or is there any reason for this? it was working fine

I had the same issue with amazon uk , for this account you can not do sms verification but you can avoid this issue by using clean proxy

I'm using 4G proxy
did you find a solution?

Sometimes it's the proxy or your fingerprints.
Try using a clean IP and see if that works.

You could try a clean chrome browser installation, with your proxy, and, I know for the UK, you can request free pay as you go sim cards, and they will turn up at your house, and you can pop them in and receive texts and calls, completely for free, no top up needed.

I've personally tried 3 brands, GiffGaff, Three and LycaMobile.

GiffGaff requires a top up to even tell you your number, however Three and Lyca, send you a text message when you put the sim card in, and it will tell you your phone number then.
Plus with Lyca, you can you can get a esim!
