Amazon - anyone with experiences with associate-o-matic?

I was thinking about setting up a webshop with Amazon products real fast, and I came across associate-o-matic dot com. It just sounds a little weird, since they keep 10% of your income(?) of you want a free account, but then they say that you just have to pay an annual fee and nothing else. Now, what stops them from taking some of your affiliate money as well?

Is this a good deal, those of you that perhaps have tried it?

There are two versions of Associate-O-Matic.

The Lite version is free and has a 10% affiliate traffic share. So 9 out of 10 times your Amazon Associate ID is used. It doesn't have as many features as the Full version.

The Full version is paid and you keep 100% of your affiliate revenues. It is only $99 for the first year and $20 per year thereafter. This gives you access to priority support and software updates.

I have been using this for a while. It worked great before but now it won't help you rank at all. It's all duplicate content so google gives you a slap.
