Amazon and niche site

Hi guys,

I've got new tech niche site, news, reviews etc. All linked with amazon products and amazon custom banners around. I just started with that project so I am building a backlink network slowly. Did some succesful commenting on some well reputated media, my comments are still there and I am getting some traffic from there. I did some SEO for all the posts as much as I knew how to.
Do you have any advice what should I do next?
Also, one question for all of you familiar with Amazon. If I do some social media linking directly to my Amazon affiliate avoiding my site (it is allowed via social media as long as you don't spam) do I need to post only aff links in my nich or I can for example link a motorbike and I have a web site about headphones...

I would not post content about motorbikes on website about headphones unless you have some reasoning why booth are connected, there are two very different niches. As link building would you be interested in exchanging blogroll link? I have tech website in PC hardware niche.

Personally I would not directly guide people to the Amazon page directly from the social media site it would be better to guide them to your site then from there you have many affiliate links that take them to the Amazon page.

Linking directly to Amazon from social media sites not only jeopardise your Amazon account but I'm sure Facebook and Twitter also will classify it as potential span.
