Amazon and Content review

Hello.
I use a PAGE as my Default HomePage and import products from Amazon. Currently, I want to write a lot of reviews in each of the product.

so my questions are
1. is it better to edit the existing product and update the content or publish a new review under POST?
2. Since Post section is no longer the Homepage, will it get all the SEO needed if I Publish a content under POST?
