Amazon Affiliation Question

May I know that if Amazon pays their affiliate worldwide? Have they changed their policy? Because last time I tried doing it from Malaysia. It saids that Malaysia won't get paid. Anyone mind helping?

Mturk is closed for Non-US countries.
Amazon affiliation is open for every country I guess. Don't know about specific countries that are opted out from their policy.
