Amazon Affiliates Question

What would happen if someone was to post their Amazon Affiliates link on an autosurf site or traffic exchange? Would every computer that opened that page get the cookie planted on their computer? Basically, if someone from the autosurf or traffic exchange entered the amazon page with your affiliate id and later bought something from Amazon, would you earn a commission?

Even if you would, Amazon probably doesn't allow this right?
