Hi everyone. When starting a new Azon Affiliate site, what display method have you found to have the best CTR? I tend to just use large image with text caption saying click the image for the price etc...

It doesnt look the best, but I do think it looks the best that you can do with a new site.

Does anyone know of any free plugins that can make them look better?

I know CTR isn't just the image, but i think it does make a difference.

1) Button under the product's image.
2) Button under each product's review.
3) Table in the beginning.
4) Some people add the links on the products names (contextual links) but in my sites I've found that big buttons perform way better.

Easyazon plugin is best, although not free it will pay for itself in no time.

Free "nulled" WP plugins is not a good idea.. backdoors and all!!

Thank you. I am using the wordpress classic editor, I am not good with coding. I have spent a little time looking into it. Probably not enough though. Can you do the buttons in classic without coding? Or is there a "1 size fits all code" that I can find and just add the link into the code?

I like the idea of a table. Thanks.

Yes you're right that's not something you should use, OK for testing on local host. When op can afford it, easyazon is well worth buying

You don't need any special code.
Use a button image and link it to Amazon.

Bascially something like person in your second post, most people who do big review websites make just some contextual links with mentioning product and amazon, no images here!!! I still think it's somewhat bad. How do they know ? They tested and it appears to be good for them.
