Hello! Coming to you BHW with a question. I am considering starting an Amazon Affiliate website to try and start earning online. I have also considered starting a blog as I know there is money to be made.

My questions to you at BHW
*Which method is easier to start earning on? I know that both of these require hard work and dedication, but if you would compare them.

*Which method would be the most stable and profitable in the long run?

*Which one is easier to scale?

*How long on avarage would I need to work each method before I start seeing any income?

Again, I want to reiterate that I know none of these methods are "easy" but I simply want to compare them to each other. Thank you for taking time to read this and hopefully answer some of my questions!

Maybe you should look up mancars ClickBank guide here on BHW, it's a good start for an affiliate blog and his guide is all you need to start earning some dollars. Amazon affiliate commissions are smaller than commissions for most CPA offers like ClickBank offers. I'd only do Amazon affiliate if I already have an audience in the niche, as in an established blog or youtube channel in a niche I'm extremely knowledgable about. I'm saying this because a lot of items with good commissions (high-end electronics, perhaps), require someone with 'authority' to make good money.

All in all, I'd just try mancar's way for a start, after you try your hand at that maybe you can try Amazon, who knows maybe you find no success with CB but huge success with Amazon, time will tell.

Well the first place you're going wrong is thinking they are two different things. To build an amazon affiliate site is to build a blog. How else will you drive people to your website?

A blog is always more stable, if Amazon decide to switch of their program you can find another.

Depends on scaling, if your AA site is niche specific it will be harder to scale. But then the same goes for a blog.

Depends on how good you are at SEO, website building and content creation.

It’s easier to get into an affiliate network than it is to get an approved AdSense account
Affiliate marketing pays more than AdSense
Most of the affiliate companies offer PayPal or Payoneer as a payment method, whereas AdSense does not.
You can find affiliate products for all niches, but AdSense is not allowed on certain niches.
