I'm just wondering if I'll run into any problems when attempting to withdraw. I haven't submitted a tax form or anything yet, but I'd like to use my real information if that's an option. I'm a US citizen if that wasn't clear.

You will need to submit the tax info before you can withdraw the money. Just use your social security #. They will send you a 1099 at beginning of next year - you will have to pay taxes on your earnings.
