I am experienced in IM but I never tried earning from affiliates such as Amazon. I did not make a detailed search for Amazon affiliates yet but I think I learned enough to ask this question.

I have websites about programming. So how can I earn money from these websites using Amazon affiliates.

Can I try to sell books? Is it a good niche? Can I earn a lot by trying to sell Python books from a Python forum.

Please share your experience and opinions. Thanks.

You can apply for amazon affiliates and link products/amazon-search-bar just below your posts or sidebar. Just make sure you have original content. Otherwise, they won't approved your account.

You don't make much with Amazon, just 4%-7% usually. And books don't have a high price tag, so your returns are small. Unless you have a lot of traffic, it may not be worth it.

I am using CPM ads and have 5000-6000 sessions per day at the moment (it was 50000 per day in the past). How much can I earn from this? Does it worth it to try?
