Amazon Affiliate Sites - Negative User Comments

So you've got an Amazon affiliate site. You've written a few reviews of products. Someone comes in and writes a 'negative experience' or 'negative review' type comment.

Do you accept these comments during moderation or delete them? If you accept do you have a discussion with the person and argue the points in your review?

While we are on this topic... do you ever bolster the comments section with fake comments?

Would be interested to know how you guys handle this stuff.
 
Throw in fake comments but add some semi negatives with a twist. Example: Shipment time was too long but it was really worth the wait.
