Amazon Affiliate Signup

Hi,

I'd like to get started with Amazon Affiliates and have the most basic of questions. (By the way I've already went through older threads but just wanted to make sure I get the latest update).

#1: I don't have a website because I want to secure the account first. Is there a place where I can purchase a quick and dirty website just to get approved? If yes what do you recommend?

#3: I obviously don't have any visitors at all so is it safe to indicate that I have less than 500 users a month (which is the lowest bracket it seems)?
#4: This is not related to the approval process: how can I get the absolute correct answer as to how links should be cloaked and/or referred?

I might sound a little paranoid but I'd hate to make the wrong move and screw this up.

it good if you can get a blog(it free with google)get some stuff on it and you ready to go.as for the number of visitors you can choose the lowest.
