Yes the freaking sidebar!
What do you guys think?
I see many Amazon affiliate sites, most have basic sidebars, some have Amazon ads on their sidebar and some have those Amazon ads there that scrolls with the page as you scroll.
I have done all of these before, but to be honest not much conversions came from the sidebar on any of these.
I am talking mainly about "best of" lists type of posts here.
What about showing only one product like the "top pick" from the article with its name, image, and a button to go to Amazon?
Does anyone have any comments on these? what should I go with?
Any other suggestions?
I am a developer so I can do whatever is necessary if it can increase conversions.
