Amazon Affiliate Sales Down?

Yep and there has been a thread on their USA discussion boards since last summer.
Personally stopped working with the associates programme due to this.
My conversion rate for the last couple of days has dropped from 4-5% to less than 0.5%.
My advice to anyone using the associates programme is to move on ASAP as this "issue" will not get "fixed" or improve ;-)

UK - 11.5%
US - 4%
Canada - 16.05%
Conversion rates for March 24 - 29
UK - 2.75%
US - 2.63%
Canada - 0%
Definitely a blip. Rankings are up across the board and clicks are up across all sites.
Had 5 days with no sales and last 2 days I have had 4 sales across 3 sites.
Maybe just global economics...

I'm also losing confidence in Amazon associates. Despite a large increase in traffic, and work on increasing clicks, sales remain stagnant.
Also, clicks for the 25th of March completely vanished from my report. There's no way I went from 200+clicks per day to zero for one day.
If visible chunks of data are going missing, then are some sales not being reported properly? - that's my concern and the reason I'm looking to move away to more trusted programs.

Do you know good alternative?amazon in 2018
24 - 29 March my conversion also decreased from normal ~12% to ~8%.
