repurpose the articles for much better affiliate programs, Amazon’s is only going in one direction from here on out.

I suggest that you contact them first before you start anew. It can be frustrating at first (believe me I've been there), but you can get it resolved if you open up a support ticket regarding the rejection. The customer service team may also provide additional insights on what you can do to get accepted.

How many info articles & best or review articles?
Have you used images from Amazon?

I sadly finished reopening another account, can I contact them now or it's too late?

almost all my articles are the best of articles
and i do have 31 articles with average of 1500 words

I think you are confusing plagiarism and copying. There is a big difference between the two.

Plagiarism is the representation of another author's language, thoughts, ideas, or expressions as one's own original work. Plagiarism is considered academic dishonesty and a breach of journalistic ethics.

Copying someone else's content is taking their content and maybe spinning it partially to make it partially unique. Websites like copyscape to see how unique content is and compares it to others on the web, if it finds some match it means that some portions of the content are exact match for content made by someone else.

Plagiarism on the other hand is when you steal someones ideas. For example lets Luc Montagnier is French doctor that received Nobel Prize for his AIDS research and wrote his research in French in 1990's. If I were to write an article @ WebMD in 2020 in English and talk about Luc Montagnier's work from decades ago as my own, without giving him reference or credit. This even if my content is 100% unique and not copied / spun (paraphrased) it is still considered plagiarism. Some people @ WebMD would be familiar with Montagnier's work and would recognize it as belonging to him and not me.

@ OP - While I didnt recently apply to Amazon Affiliate I did apply and got quickly approved last month for Amazon Merch USA. I previously saw that it would take a long time to get approved and was shocked to be approved next day. Sadly they're not taking any new submissions but at least once they reopen I can submit my drafts. I am mentioning this because if Amazon Merch which is invite only accepted me without providing any website which would show any kind of content and Amazon Affiliate which is public rejected you with website full of content there must be some reason behind it. Try making small changing like changing WP theme to give it different look and try to resubmit. You shouldn't just give up with all the content that you have. While you pause for a bit before another application take time to work on other website related tasks such as SEO

and i think the reason why i got refused is because of the lack of content on each post

If they just use this tool https://wordcount.weglot.com/ for them it will appear around 30 pages, which i think they consider it to be too small.
Maybe try to add some 500-1000 words articles and rise to at least 50 articles and re-apply, let us know the results.

I didn't got you Amazon affiliate is free for everyone they just need verification for Their API access only :/

Do you have traffic on you site.

First build some traffic and then apply for affiliate account.

If you do not get traffic and get affiliate account, Amazon will ban your account within 90 as you will not get any sale.

So better you work on content and traffic part first.

Lack of more info content articles lead to rejection.

I think the problem might be with the articles. They accept sites with very little articles.

Just out of interest how long after you got 3 sales did they check your site? I have had the 3 sales since 3 weeks ago but I'm still waiting for them to give me the ok.
