Amazon Affiliate - Redirect on Wordpress

i want to promote some offers with my instagram accounts. but direct linking is not allowed on amazon affiliate. so i wanted to put a redirect plugin on my wordpress site that redirect the user after some seconds to amazon

anyone can help me how can i do it? something like anonymiz.com
