Hey everyone! I'm an Amazon Affiliate member and when I registered to their affiliate program I added my youtube channel. But now I have another channel that can bring me some sales and I don't know if it is absolutely necessary to add it to my affiliate account in order to get money from this channel or I will get anyway my share for the products sold. Also my new channel is promoting sex related products (some of them available on amazon) and I was wondering if I can get in trouble because of my content. Thank you!

You are now allowed to drive traffic/sales from any third party website that you don't own.
Read the Amazon affiliate terms carefully, don't risk your account.
 
I've heard so many horror stories with people loosing $1000's due to black hat methods with affiliates on Amazon. Check the terms as kakbabu said, to be 100% sure.
 
Amazon, Adense etc = play by their rules, do things whiter-hat and you'll be fine.

It's only idiots who go too far who end up screwing up accounts.
 
You will get ban in no time so better add it if possible. Read rules on how to make sure not to get ban on amazon
 
I sent an email to their customers service and asked them if my channel/content is eligible for their program. When I will recieve an answer I will let you know.
 
I finally got an answer from amazon. It seems that they don't allow this kind of content. Such a shame as I was getting a lot of views on that channel. Any suggestions on how to monitze this kind of content?

I dont think so if it is problem for amazon because

1. As you mentioned that some of the sexual products are already on amazon ( which is promoted by you) then amazon will not ban you

2. You said you are different Youtube channel, i do not think if it is problem for amazon, after all you are trying to give sales to them with white method, i will consider it white method
