Amazon Affiliate Program Question!

I have a question regarding the Amazon Affiliate (Associate) program.

I went ahead and started applying to the Amazon Affiliate (Associate) program and noticed that Amazon wants you to list your website that you're going to be using their Affiliate links on.

My question is this: do I need to have an actual website that would look good to Amazon in order for them to approve my application?

Or can I list my Twitter account that has 1.2k followers or my YouTube channel that has a bunch of videos on it instead of listing a website?

Would they approve my application then or do I need to have an actual site to get approved in their program?

I gave them websites that werent even set up, and i was approved

but i believe you need a website to link the affiliate from

set up a blogger blog before signing up this is what I did to get approved.If you are promoting amazon on Youtube just add "youtube.com" to your list of sites.

I have an old WordPress blog that has a bunch of random articles on it that I haven't updated in quite a while. Do you think that would be sufficient enough to get approved?

I was thinking of changing the published on dates on my articles in order to make my blog appear more active, and applying with it? It has no traffic though, would it still be enough to get approved?

EDIT: Question 2: I plan on promoting my Affiliate links on my Twitter account after I get approved and not on my blog. Would that be okay with Amazon if the traffic comes from Twitter and not my blog?

just keep adding your sites as they appear, i am not familiar with social media websites and affiliate marketing but i have seen some doing it, they do say it's an affiliate link, not sure if it goes to their store or not
