Here is my plan:
1. post craigslist ad selling a very cheap ps4
2. get emails
3. respond that i've already sold it, but i've bought it off amazon with this link.
4. send them my affiliate link

Problem is, amazon explicitly mentions that they want my affiliate links to redirect from my website. Also, my website will be tracked so they can make sure that this is the case. My question is, is there any way to trick the system into believing my affiliate link legit came from my website?

do it a easer way .

setup a afflicate with a free ps4 givaway.

know advertise free ps4 givaway , direct them to a opt in form for there email on your website!

know email them the afflicate link

can be done all automative .

Why don't you set up a quick amazon affiliate store with your own domain? You then use the same technique but say that you bought yours from that site? That would comply with Amazon's rules. If you do not know how to create a site like that, you can :
1) get someone on fiver to build one for you
2) or two get a freshstore account and use their software to build it
3) use any of the countless wordpress amazon store plugins and themes to build it out

From the emails you collected do some email marketing. Maybe CPA offers for free PS4's or maybe codes for the PS4 store, or set up a dropshipping website with PS4 accessories?

Give people the link of your site that automatically redirects to Amazon product page.

People will certainly flag your ad on Craigslist and your account will be banned

Same here... this is a very old technique.. And being bumped after an year now ! .. Amazon ToS are very strict now
