Amazon Affiliate Product DMCA Notice

Hi,
I am an amazon affiliate and was listing some products from amazon.. For one of my products listed on site which was ranking in SERP I got a dmca notice and is now not appearing in SERP.
infact my site traffic has gone down after the dmca notice from google.

from the notice I understand the images which I linked from amazon is copyrighted

how to handle this situation.? any suggestions

with this I fear any product I list from amazon can be flagged for voilation.

has anyone faced this kind of notice , please help

Replace those images and don't ever steal anithing like that
DMCA - is a terrible stuff for any affiliate so far

These images are from amazon fetched via amazon product API...

I have removed the post urls.. but since I fetched it via the amazon api.. I am concerned this can happen to any product which I list.

during my research I saw some complaints against big sites like amazon , walmart as well.. it certainly means the sellers who are uploading the images on amazon do not have the rights on images. But then it's fetchable via the api and risk comes to affiliates.. Do I have rights to file counter notice? ( I feel I may have voilated the copyright unknowingly.. but amazon should have filtered thiese out)
