Amazon Affiliate problem, what should I do?

SO I have Amazon affiliate site where I have some products. Description and photos are from Amazon website and there is button BUY ON AMAZON, after clicking the user is redirected to the Amazon website as usual, easy.

But I have received email from scsglobal.com:

CSC Digital Brand Services has been informed that there is currently a website hosted by your company that is involved in counterfeit activity against the company, Maidenform (Hanes Brand). CSC Digital Brand Services has received numerous complaints and e-mails regarding the Web site listed below: my website

The Maidenform (Hanes Brand) products being sold on this site are counterfeit, and the trafficking of counterfeit merchandise is illegal and punishable by law.

On behalf of Maidenform (Hanes Brand), CSC Digital Brand Services requests that all Maidenform (Hanes Brand) related content be removed from the website immediately.

Please contact us if any further information is required to expedite the process of removing this counterfeit countent. If needed, forward this e-mail and request to the appropriate contact that is able to deactivate this site.

Are they talking about Amazon products you sell ? if that's the case then this is something Amazon has to deal with rather than your self. You are just an affiliate.

It's a known fact there are guys who sell counterfeit on Amazon. So better contact Amazon and let them to sort it out. As for your self. Just change ads and use another brand of that product or a vendor.

I don't know what they are talking about. It's just Amazon affiliate website and it is stated on the website in the footer. I'm not selling anything on the website or Amazon and I'm not using ads. The website is just ranking in Google very well for hundreds of different keywords including brand names.

Does your website domain contain the brand name of whatever they talk about ? If not then you can just ignore it since you don't have any ads in your site including Amazon ads. They are maybe just sending mass mail to everyone rank for that keyword.

No there is no brand name in the domain name. I have already replied and explained what is the website about and I have this response:

Yes, no worries. I will update here as soon I have new info. But for now nothing and in the last email they said: "We will let you know if further action is required." So I hope it was the last email from them
