Amazon Gurus - I came across an Amazon Affiliate plugin that pops up when user is about to exit the website and gives them product options based on the keywords on the page and when they click on the image of the product, they are redirected to Amazon.
My question is that amazon states that "As stated in the Operating Agreement, we do not allow Associates to use popups to drive traffic to Amazon.com, or to assist, authorize, or encourage any third party to take any such action". Is this plugin in violation of Amazons TOS and would lead to a ban or what do you think.
