Amazon affiliate new stealth aacount

Some months ago I got suspended from the amazon affiliate program. Now I created a new account with a different name, address and so on. But now I need to enter the payment method, I read somewhere that we can use a virtual bank account (payoneer), not the same account which was banned, with a different name and Amazon can not detect this. It is true?
