Amazon Affiliate live price/link generator plugins - Are they safe to use?

I am interested in using one of those plugins that allow you to create banners, lists, charts and text links for Amazon affiliate links, but I am not sure about whether they abide by the associate programme terms and conditions.

What do you guys think about these? Are they safe to use or do they run a risk of account closure?

I'm doing $1000p/m from some shitty link placements so I know that adding more visual elements will increase the conversion rates substantially.

It looks safe, to be able to use it you need to sign up for the Amazon API with the same email you use for your affiliate account. The amount of data you will be able to pull depends on your 30 days rolling (gross) sales. If you're not selling a lot be sure to use caching (I'm assuming that plugin has this feature) to reduce the number of calls to amazon servers and to avoid errors.
