amazon affiliate links not working

Hi there! I'm starting with amazon affiliate in my website, because I don't have any sell yet, I can't use the Api so I just use the link referral. But when I use the image link of the product, on my website, only a few pictures work and every time I refresh the page is different.
Have this problem happen to someone before?

I'll appreciate any help because this is my few steps with affiliate and amazon
