Amazon affiliate links and IFTTT

Is IFTTT cutting out amazon affiliate links? Anyone has bad experience with this? I set recipe to post amazon affiliate link to blog but When I click on blog post made from IFTTT it is not opening as the amazon affiliate link, the link is cut or shortened. Can IFTTT be used for amazon affiliate link posting to blog or social media websites?

I actually noticed a similar thing, when I set up IFTTT to post to twitter, had to turn it off. It did work occasionally so not sure if the length of the Amazon link was the problem.

Doubt the length of the Amazon link was the problem. They shouldn't do that, they not put the affiliate link but the customer, and they have nothing to do with it,as it goes to blog or social media sites..
