Amazon affiliate: last month ordered items not yet shipped?

Last month I received 8 orders only 5 shipped remaining not yet shipped till date.
What could be the reason, do you face the same things?

Sometimes products are out of stock, nothing weird here, it’ll get shipped soon, assuming the customer is not going to cancel his order.

Sometimes they are Chinese products that take a month to be shipped

Then the customer cancels as it took too long, resulting in minus commission

Most of the time its either cancellation or late shipping by sellers.
