amazon affiliate image usage policy

Hello everyone!
So i’m in the process of building amazon affiliate website. I don’t have access to amazon api i use sitestripe to get product images.
but how can i set a featured image without uploading it to my server?

use a normal image scr=> html tag
or a iframe tag

Can you explain this? If i understood correctly we put src attribute in stripesite code to our featured img src?

I use External Media without Import plugin - quite simple one

looks like you already found a solution.
anyway i use a plugin called "featured image from url"
