Amazon affiliate gift card payouts - any way around?

Short - gave amazon affiliate's a try and got some commissions.

As not having access to a US based bank account or same with the cheque option, ended up with the gift card payment method.

But did not read between the lines, that i will actually NOT receive a gift card code.

Now received an email saying that i can add the gift card balance to my amazon balance.

Give me a clue, any ways to get money out of your amazon balance? or sell it somehow, as if it was a gift card code or i'm stuck now with something useless.

Can't even buy something as shipping costs more then the total commissions earned, or can buy a pair of socks in a month to cover the shipping )

You can get US bank via Wise, Payoneer or elevatepay

Thanks for the options, if commissions keep growing maybe ill consider this if available for my country.
But still would like to find out how to get it easier with the amazon balance.
