What average conversion rate can be expected for a highly targeted and engaging site ?
Just started out and need advise so that I can plan out my strategy based on expected earnings.

Traffic: Pakistan, India, USA

Thanks.. That is 5-10% of all clicks ?

So.. if there are 50 people clicking per 100 views then 2.5 - 5 people would buy something ?

I average 6-7% 200 clicks about 16-18 sales. from targeted twitter traffic.

I would say around 5-7%. Dont get to stuck on the figures though. A lot of factors are playing in here.

On highly targeted traffic my conversion rate is around 12% . It also depends on the niche and the cost of the products (cheaper products tend to have better conversion rate)

Amazon click through rare varies from 10% to 40%

Average conversion rate normally varies from 5 to 10 %

Conversion rate can vary from 5 to 10%.If your traffic is highly targeted, your conversion rate will tend to be higher.

That said, most of the money is in Google's top 3 positions.

Do you have any factor in-mind, I have competitive price, good quality graphic ad. and ad spending. Currently, selling product like membership and the ad is targeted to specific group and time. I'd like to said the conversion rate is over 8% in well targeted social media ad, but google ad is a bit funny as many click at the mid night and no conversion rate and max day spending will be gone. I'm not sure if the so call human traffic with zero conversion rate will help to improve the conversion rate or not.

I get 2 - 2.5% CR, but i get around 2k clicks daily and the traffic isn't THAT targetted. I've seen people get 50%+ CR on 1000+ clicks.
