amazon affiliate chances of getting accepted?

They are not as strict as Adsense when looking at sites.

2-do they care about your traffic source? (let's say you drive it from fb ads)

Not if you're driving traffic to your site, not direct to them.

3- are they really strict with changing your IP & stuff?

No, why would they care?


4- what do you guys think of amazon stealth accounts? and if it's good , is there a place where to buy it?

Do it legit and be safe.

Get a domain > Write some decent articles > Apply for Amazon and add your affiliate id to products on your website > Get 3 sales > Your website will be reviewed and approval will be provided( this will be given in most cases unless you are doing something shady, traffic source to your website doesn't matter just don't use amazon trademark keywords while driving traffic with paid ads). You don't need a fancy website too and they don't give a damn about your IP.
