Amazon Affiliate Blog Question

If I have Amazon products on my WordPress sight, can anyone tell me what disclaimer I need to have on there. I cannot seem to find it on the terms and condition on Amazon.

Normally you'd put that in the footer so it displays site wide

You should put it on your site footer. Moreover, you can go to other Amazon Affiliate blog, copy there disclaimer, don't forget to edit the blog's URL, blog's name ...
