Amazon Affiliate application Declined

    Hello guys,

    I got just rejected from Amazon affiliate team..so can any one tell me which type of site works to get an approval ?? Please suggest me the approval method like which kind of site they need for an approval ?

    Thank you for applying for the Associate program. Upon review, we are unable to accept your application. A part of our criteria is that your site has to be established with enough unique content. We rejected your application due to one or more of the following reasons. 
    
    - Lack of content which is original and beneficial to your visitors 
    - Pages that are mainly empty when advertisement content is removed websites containing mostly images, videos, or Flash animations will not be approved 
    - Sites containing graphic sexual images and/or sexually graphic banner advertisements 
    
    Unfortunately, we are not able to review an application once its been rejected. If your website has been further developed and now contains appropriate content, you are welcome to submit another application by using the following URL:

    Try and grab a old domain publish articles and change the creation date.

    lol, i applied without a domain and it accepted me. I just entered a blank blogpost blog url in the site section. :D

    Did you applied it 6 months ago? I guess you need to make at least 1 sale to get approved within 180 days of application. I got approval email from amazon affiliate just after referring my 1st sale. This can also be the reason.

    Wait, so they put you on a trial run now? Meaning you must hit a x sales before you get approved?

    Pretty sure that's not the case with the OP since the reasons why he was rejected had nothing with do with sales.

    @OP, you should try building an authority niche site (custom themed) using products on the amazon store. I would suggest 20-50 articles on your site and build backlinks to it before applying.

    Just find some random domain, find one with pr2 or pr3 and use this domain for signup, after signup, you can use amazon links on any of your domains..
