Hi,

Long story short:
A couple of years ago I had a small niche site will low traffic and low revenue. I sold it. The domain expires soon after I sold it, the new owners weren't happy with the revenue, I guess.

My personal amazon associate account got closed due to 180-days inactivity.

Years later, which is now, I decided to create a niche website, created a kick-ass content, started to receive traffic and created a new amazon associate account - I got banned 2 weeks later, because - An account belonging to you (or a person or entity connected or affiliated with you) has previously been closed for violations of the Operating Agreement or one of the other Amazon marketing programs.

I have tried writing emails to amazon support no luck - I'm always getting this automated email.

I've come to the conclusion that I can't monetize my niche sites with amazon anymore. Has anyone here has had a similar situation?

My real question: Is there any way around this? Because If I'm going to create a new account I'll just get banned again.

If your account is closed for inactivity they'll usually reinstate it, but if it's banned then you're out of luck.

Instead of creating new account from different mail id, you should apply for same account.
Try it and i am sure you will get account back if your account closed because of inactivity.

I have read only your post and can really tell you that if something can really get you out there it's something which should be belonging there anyway. You should use your old affiliate account anyway with all of that matters here. Thanks.
