Im new to this website but have done some IM in the past. I was wondering if paying people on fiverr to set me up an amazon affilate website is it worth it? if not where can i find someone to help me get started? would this be better suited in another section? Any help or replies would be appreciated. thanks.

Gigs on Fiverr are such that they are completed within 20 minutes. My bet is, you're not going to earn much from an Amazon Affiliate website that was set-up in 20 minutes.

It gets better over here on BHW, Brad100's service is popular. You have the option to get a niche site for only $25 or an Authority Site for $110. There's another service in the marketplace that creates Amazon Affiliate sites, it's much pricey though.

If you want anyone to setup the site for you, I doubt it'll be a complete setup service. Regardless, it is important to note that you'll have to populate the site with content yourself as well as promote it and do SEO yourself.

If you have a bit of IM experience as you've highlighted, then you may not need a setup service. There's a lot of information on creating, maintaining and optimizing your site on BHW. There's Nick Flame's thread and WhitePassion's journey thread as the prominent two threads I'll recommend for you.

Personally, I can create and maintain an Amazon Affiliate Authority site. I'll be providing the content myself, doing the optimizing and general maintenance. SEO will be outsourced. I don't charge the earth, but it's a far cry from what you're looking to pay on Fiverr.

Hate to be insensitive, but a well-trained monkey can do that. It's not about simply setting up a WordPress website.

Thing is, I'm not sure I want to delve into explaining what is involved. Use the darn search button.

Are you calling for a ban? For what exactly? Did I take your money and didn't deliver the service I promised you? Did I SCAM you?

Since you're so great at being honest, and throwing tantrums, why not I paste all the conversations right from the start?

With all due respect, Nut-Nights, there are not a lot of them, tops is 5 I think. With Keywords yes, a few content yes, but that's not all you'll need to be successful with an Amazon Affiliate Website.

As I said "Personally, I can create and maintain an Amazon Affiliate Authority site. I'll be providing the content myself, doing the optimizing and general maintenance."

Great! So you do not want to hear my side of the story? Bravo!

I've gained a fair bit from the replies you have made on BHW, but raising the red flag when you've only heard one side of the story is practically myopic.

I have done business with a few members on here as a content writer. Never scammed anyone yet, and not a case of "business-gone-bad." Else, there'd have been a shitlist or more than one in fact.

I'll be posting all the PMs on here.

    NOTE:

I call him a smart-ass, he calls me a d bag and say I'm talking shit. I know there are some members here who do not like Skype. Even a bunch of the well-respected ones. I understand that. Look under my avatar, there's a Yahoo IM chat icon there, I also have a Google Hangouts ID.

Now obviously, if I had ignored the reply, this mess wouldn't be existing, but there we have it. A really bad day, because one person didn't choose his words carefully. I've received lots of "Thanks for your offer, but I'll pass" kinds of message as a freelancer on here and on the job boards, but Michael's ranks as one of the worst. It just ticked the wrong button.

Now, if anyone would like to tip a MOD or something. Now would be the right time to do so!

This guy hotdew has an attitude problem. He sent me a pm too... Unsolicited of course... Here it is:

    Quote:

    Hello
Just so you do not miss my update, I just thought I should PM you!

I plan on staying on BHW for a long while. There are going to be bad days and better ones. I'll get through all of them with my foot pinned to the ground.

Thanks for your time, and my apologies for the unsolicited PM.

You allegedly acted wrong so I adviced him to send an official complaint to mods. I am not a moderator to hear both the sides and do justice. What wrong did I do? You are shortsighted yourself and don't understand the seriousness of your actions... Not our fault, sorry.

I guess my apology for the unsolicited PM did not cut it for you. Now, the reason why I sent you the unsolicited PM is because BHW does not have the feature where a user is alerted once a new reply is made in a thread the user had made a reply in. I really wanted to let you see the whole picture and decide for yourself.

I'm pretty sure, it'd have been difficult for you to read through this thread again after you'd left it because you're busy and there's lots of things to catch up on than a failed deal that went haywire. So excuse my intent to clear things out as an annoying disturbance. Wasn't my intention to bug you.

If I didn't understand the seriousness of my actions, I wouldn't be taking my time to follow this up and provide explanation. People read stuff, and bad stuff glues stronger than good stuff, so if I don't address this, my username will leave a bad taste in the mouth of everyone who reads it.

Now I can't change anyone's mind about this, but I'll feel better if they saw the whole picture, rather than one version of what went down. However anyone choose to take this after that is out of my hands.

I wish the OP the best in this venture, and you for taking the time to let out your thoughts.

Why do you have to explain in so many words, so many times? :)... Just move on... no one on this forum is against you... no one really... unless you want them to. And, no one really has that much time to read through so many words... unless you want them all to, needlessly.

If you think you have done any mistake or have been rude to someone else, looks like you did that actually, then say sorry to others or at least be sorry to yourself... and move on. Life is great btw!

:) Not concerned any more with this.

Anyway, give others respect as you move on... it helps build a great Attitude in the long run! It may help the business grow too. Respect given always comes back multiplied! :)

    Why?

Because I can, because I have to, and because there are a few here who wouldn't mind hearing all the details. I've moved on, I'm only held back by the replies on this thread that attempt to put me in bad light.

There will be someone who cares enough to read through the replies. Maybe that person is not you. Still doesn't make that person non-existent.

Apologize?! After being called a d-bag four times, and him calling for my ban? No chance in hell! He had it coming. I sure as hell do not regret my response to him. I'm here to clear my name, and that's it.

    Have a nice week ahead.
