Amazon / Adsense micro niche sites

I see a few people selling these on BHW. Tried to ask the sellers these questions and no one answers so here goes:
_Do you have to continually add content to the site to keep making money? Or is it really set it and forget?
_ Will the site rank on its own? Or do you need to invest more $/time to make it rank / attract traffic?
_ Is this method over saturated?
_ Who is the best seller for these sites on BHW? Even some of the more popular sellers have horrid grammar on their sample sites...

If anyone could share advice I would greatly appreciate it!

Yes, you do, you may not even be able to make money with what you'll be provided

Maybe. In most cases that rank that you'll have won't be enough to make money

Yes, it is old and over saturated method. You should go for authority/traffic arbitrage site.

Cannot comment on that. Grammar not something that defines if your site would be good or not, most of the providers have writers.
