Amazon ads

Im not trying to sell any products. I want a dynamic banner. When I see this banner it also shows me only products which I am interested in. Thats what I want too. When I click at the top right triangle on these ads it redirects me to an Amazon page where I can turn off interested based ads for me.
I'm confused. Your saying you want to try out Amazon ads, but your not trying to sell products??
Are you saying you have a website and you want to run amazon ads? Or are you asking how to run ads and sell products on Amazon?
No. Unless you are an amazon affiliate and then you can do this.
If you want to run ads on your website that you traffic might be interested in, type in on Google Amazon Affiliate program and sign up there.
After signing up, you can choose what products you want to make money on, and they will provide you will banners like the one in your picture.
Once you place it on your site, everyone who clicks it and buys, you will earn money
