I'm trying to use Amazon Advertising and pay by credit card, but it keeps failing. I tried changing a different card and even calling my bank, but both still don't resolve the problem. Please advise.

We are unable to collect payment and your campaigns have stopped delivering​

Why don't you guys ask help from Amazon support, I am sure they can help you with that.
