Amazon account hold...Please Help

I tried to place an order on amazon through payoneer card. After the payment was done, around 5 mins later I got e-mail they can not confirm my payment information, so they put my account on hold. Now amazon asking me to send statement of my mastercard and billing address bla bla bla and send them those stuff by fax....So I contacted Payoneer,they said the payment are on pending authorization and was not charged.

So I was thinking after 10 days will Amazon release the money ? I don't know why the payoneer card didn't work because I used the exact billing address which is I added on my payoneer card.

Something must have raised a red flag in amazon's system. We can't know what it is, but it could be: the IP, shipping location, the payoneer card itself, etc. If this is a new account, I wouldn't bother spending weeks sending amazon information and fighting for your account. I would just start with another stealth account.

The Payoneer card is a debit MasterCard and as such, some sites don't accept it. Payments often go to this pending authorization stage on Payoneer, it's perfectly normal. Most of the times you won't notice it, unless you check the account history by logging into your Payoneer account. It happens with those payments too, which went through without any problem. If the card hasn't been charged, like in your case, the funds will be released, it can take some time though.
