Amazon - 2nd Ltd. Company - Nominated Directors Service?

• I require a 2nd Amazon Seller Account
• If I have a 2nd Seller Account in my name, I am unable to sell in the same category
• Therefore, I need a new Ltd. Co. Setup, in a different Director / Owners name
• I dont have anyone family members or friends I want to involve in my business dealings...
• So I would prefer, some kind of service, where I manage the Co. But I am not registered as Company director. However I have control...

• Or ways around it? So I can have LTD Co. Without me being director on paper.
• But still have full control?

You could open a company with a trustee (i hope that is the correct english word ) that fullfills the public role and your name wont be public. I know that is possible in Cyprus. But this should be doable in many more countries.

Or if you want to go real big create foundation entity.
