Terms & Conditions
The limited time fixed fee (“Promotional Fee”) is applicable to all eligible associates registered with Amazon.com for Qualifying Purchases generated through Recommendation and Search Native Shopping Ads starting on April 1, 2017 at 12:00 a.m. PST through April 30, 2017 at 11:59 p.m. PST (the “Promotional Period”) after which time the Promotional Fee will no longer be offered. Qualifying Purchases must ship during the Promotional Period to qualify for the Promotional Fee.
Purchases generated through Custom Native Shopping Ads are not eligible for the Promotional Fee.
Section 6 of the Associates Program Fee Statement entitled “Program Fee Limitations” does not apply to the Promotional Fee.
We reserve the right to withhold advertising fees for purchases that we determine in our sole discretion to be abusive (e.g. use of bots or automated software) without limiting any of our other rights under the Operating Agreement. All capitalized terms not defined herein will have the meanings set forth in the Operating Agreement.
