I have been using this for a little over 4 months now for private testing (to see how well it works).
All I can say, is that anyone who runs a site that has ANYTHING to do with visitors, this should be implemented.... even if you think Google is the antichrist.
Edit: Sorry, have to elaborate a little. So, lets pretend you have a visitor to your site about bodybuilding. You can track which articles each visitor reads (ie: they keep reading about RUNNING), and get information back, based on Google's algorithm, and redirect them to articles, affiliates, or products that are oriented to running. That's a quick and drunken example, but extremely simple and appropriate!
