Or simply send them to an adult affiliate for free signup instead of a cpa that way you really do not have to mess with junk traffic.

Adult affiliates do seem more suiting if it was a porn star.
 
daaaaaaaaaamnit i had this idea 6 months ago but never thought it was THAT good of an idea.... i think it would convert low as ppl are smart enough to know if its a scam or not.. actually tho while writing this i thought of a GREAT GREAT way to market this! pm and we can get crackin on it together! using dif. celebs but same methods :) 1!
 
If this would work with celebrities, why not musicians or bands? Tell people they could win a VIP backstage pass to see some band that is really hot right now.
